SFC Energy up as it doubles H1 earnings, lifts floor of 2026 targets
BUZZ-SFC Energy up as it doubles H1 earnings, lifts floor of 2026 targets ** Shares in SFC Energy F3CG.DE rise 5.5% in early Frankfurt trade after the German fuel cell supplier posted strong H1 core earnings growth and lifted the floor of its 2026 forecasts
** Its adjusted EBITDA for the January-June period more than doubled from a year ago to €18.4 million ($21.2 million)
** It now expects annual adjusted EBITDA of between €31.5 million and €34.0 million, raising the bottom of the range by €2.5 million; sales and EBIT ranges were narrowed in a similar way
** "A very strong set of results, with defence providing a very strong and visible tailwind," says Usama Tariq, analyst at ODDO BHF
** The key question is whether SFC can continue to receive strong orders from FY27 onwards, Tariq adds
** The stock, which has gained roughly two-thirds in value since January, is on top of Germany's small-cap index .SDAXI in early Frankfurt trade
