Jan 7 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMT on Wednesday:

** Beneva and Gore Mutual have completed their previously announced merger with the two Canadian companies continuing to operate as separate brands as work begins on combining their operations. nL6N3Y812X

** AbbVie ABBV.N is in advanced talks to buy cancer-drug developer Revolution Medicines RVMD.O, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.nL4N3Y81GA

** Olaplex Holdings OLPX.O has drawn a takeover offer from Germany's consumer goods maker Henkel HNKG.DE, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.nL6N3Y8156

** Warner Bros Discovery's WBD.O board has unanimously turned down Paramount Skydance's PSKY.O latest attempt to acquire the studio, saying its revised $108.4 billion hostile bid amounted to a risky leveraged buyout that investors should reject. nL4N3Y80R1

** Britain's TT Electronics TTG.L said its 150-pence-per-share takeover by Swiss firm Cicor Technologies CICN.S collapsed after failing to secure the necessary approval from shareholders. nL6N3Y80SH

** Polish e-commerce company Allegro ALEP.WA said it had agreed to sell its operations in Slovenia and Croatia to Germany's Mutares MUXG.DE, as it aims to simplify its international footprint.nL8N3Y80TT

** UK broker consolidator Jensten Group announced that it has acquired Broker One, Coversure Dudley and Mediprotect Healthcare. nL6N3Y80QJ

** Marubeni 8002.T has purchased British sportswear brand Gola, the Japanese conglomerate said , as it seeks to tap into growing global demand for retro training shoes and sneakers.

** Private equity investor Ridgemont Equity Partners said that it has acquired insurance claims services provider CRS.nL6N3Y80NP

** BlueScope Steel  is rejecting an A$13.2 billion ($8.92 billion) buyout bid from SGH  and U.S.-based Steel Dynamics , the Australian steelmaker said, and accused the bidders of trying to buy it "on the cheap".nL1N3Y804W

** TPG Capital is in talks to buy a stake of up to 20% in Indian securities firm IIFL Capital Services , according to two sources familiar with the deal.nL4N3Y807C

** Barclays  has bought a stake in U.S. stablecoin-settlement company Ubyx, its first such investment and part of its plans to explore "new forms of digital money", the British bank said.nL6N3Y70X8
