Gyscoal Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2016, has approved Sub-Division of Equity Shares of the Company having a face value of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten Only) to face value of Rs. 1 (Rupee One Only) each, subject to approval of shareholders and applicable statutory and regulatory authority.
