** Shares of Shanghai Bio-heart Biological Technology Co Ltd
 2185.HK  trade as low as HK$18.32 in Hong Kong debut, down
13.8% from the global offering price
    ** Stock last down 8.7% from the offer price of HK$21.25
apiece
    ** Shanghai-based cardiovascular devices developer and
producer sold 23.94 mln shares in global offering  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2T60SS
    ** The offer price was fixed at the lower end of an
indicative price range of HK$21.25-HK$24.79 apiece 
    ** Co says the HK$508.7 mln ($65.23 mln) proceeds will be
used for development and commercialisation of core products,
clinical trial, and expanding manufacturing capacity 
    ** The Hang Seng Commerce & Industry Index  .HSNC  eases
0.2%, and the healthcare index  .HSCIH  slips 0.4%
    ** The Hang Seng Composite Index  .HSCI  climbs 0.5% and the
benchmark index  .HSI  gains 0.2%
