Technology Co Ltd  1103.HK  
    * Units, SZ Yonghuiju and Crown Castle entered into capital 
increase agreement 
    * Dasheng financial agreed to inject RMB375 million in cash 
for capital increase in ever fortune 
    * HK dasheng has agreed to inject a total of RMB125 million 
in cash for capital increase in ever fortune 
    * Pursuant to capital increase deal registered capital of 
ever fortune will be increased to RMB1,000 million from RMB500 
million
