    * Indirect non-wholly owned subsidiaries of company, entered 
into finance lease agreements with Nanjing Dasheng 
    * Ruiying (Xiamen) agreed to purchase asset from Shanghai 
Runtong and lease asset to Nanjing Dasheng 
    * Ruiying (Xiamen) to purchase asset from Shanghai Runtong 
and lease asset to Nanjing Dasheng for consideration of rmb9.8 
million
