Technology Co Ltd  1103.HK  
    * Net proceeds from subscription will be not less than 
approximately HK$648 million rmb equivalent 
    * Co and shenzhen dasheng and zhenjiang runde entered into 
subscription agreement on 27 october 2016 
    * Subscribers agreed to subscribe for aggregate of 1 billion 
domestic shares at subscription price of not less than HK$0.65 
    * Entered into placing agreement with placing agent, to 
place up to 1.5 billion H shares
