** Construction services firm reports 31.9% rise in full-year profit attributable at A$21.1 million ($13.6 million)

** Declares final dividend of 12.5 Australian cents apiece vs 9 AU cents per share last year

** Stock on track to gain most since June 30, if gains hold

** About 365,155 shares change hands, 6.5x the 30-day average of 56,349
