** Shares of Indian financial services firm Share India
Securities  SCAC.NS  jump as much as 4.1%, close 2.7% higher 
    ** Co approves acquisition of 4.958% stake in Metropolitan
Stock Exchange of India for 595 mln rupees (about $7 million) 
    ** SCAC logs best day in three weeks 
    ** Over 3.9 mln shares traded, 4.5x the 30-day avg 
    ** Stock up ~8% so far this week, on track to log biggest
weekly gain since late-Sept
