Falcon Capital: Rises after Reuters reports merger talks with Sharecare

** Shares of blank-check firm  FCAC.O  surge ~14% to $12.30
in premarket trading
    ** Reuters reported on Tuesday that the company, which is
backed by veteran investment banker Alan Mnuchin, is in talks to

    ** Sharecare would buy healthcare AI startup Doc.ai and then
merge with FCAC, under the terms of the deal, sources said
    ** The deal would value the combined company around $4 bln,
report said
