** Shares of health-tech co Sharecare Inc  SHCR.O  rise ~13%
to $1.89 in afternoon trade 
    ** Co receives three-year accreditation from National
Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), a non-government
organization that sets standards in healthcare, for some of its
lifestyle and disease management programs
    ** SHCR was down over 57% YTD as of last close
