Sharecare jumps on deal to be acquired by Altaris

** Shares of digital health company Sharecare  SHCR.O  jump
more than 77% to $1.4 in morning trade 
    ** SHCR to be acquired by an affiliate of Altaris LCC, an
investment firm, for $1.43/share in cash
    ** The offer represents a premium of more than 85% over
SHCR's last closing price of 77 cents
    ** Upon completion of the acquisition, Sharecare will become
a privately held company and its common stock will no longer be
listed on Nasdaq 
    ** Including session's gain, stock up ~27% YTD
