Board Update

Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed
security services group, announces that following the recent appointment of
Adam Hurst to the Board and the completion of a successful handover, Paul
McFadden has today resigned as a Director.

Phil Higgins, CEO of Shearwater Group, commented: "I would like to express my
thanks to Paul for his contribution to the business. On behalf of myself and
