Grant of Options under SAYE Scheme
 
Shearwater Group plc, the organisational resilience group, is pleased to announce that, as part of the Company's approved Save As You Earn ("SAYE") scheme (the "Scheme"), options to subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were granted on 25 January 2021. 
 
Under the Scheme, which was made available to all UK employees who have completed a minimum of six months service (excluding Directors), a total of 30 employees of the Company have applied to participate in the Scheme resulting in the grant of options to subscribe for an aggregate of 150,285 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Options").  
 
The Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the Scheme, of £1.515 per new Ordinary Share (representing the closing price per Ordinary share on 31 December 2020). Subject to the rules of the Scheme participants will be able to exercise their Options during the six months commencing on 1 March 2024.
