Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report
Shearwater Group plc, the organisational resilience group that provides cybersecurity advisory and managed security services, confirms that its 2021 Annual Report & Accounts have been published and posted to shareholders together with a notice convening the 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM") to be held at the offices of Mayer Brown International LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AF on Wednesday 22 September 2021 at 11:00am.
Copies of the 2021 Annual Report & accounts and notice of AGM are available at the Company's website at www.shearwatergroup.com.
AGM Arrangements
At the time of publication of the notice of the 2021 AGM, it is anticipated that the AGM will proceed as an open meeting. The Board of Directors of the Company are keen to welcome shareholders of the Company ("Shareholders") in person to the 2021 AGM, particularly given the constraints faced at the time of the Company's 2020 AGM due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 
However, given ongoing uncertainty, and bearing in mind the broader public health considerations and for the safety of others, any Shareholders wishing to attend the 2021 AGM in person are asked to register their intention to do so as soon as possible and by no later than 5.00pm on Monday 20 September 2021, by emailing shearwater@almapr.co.uk. Any such communication will not provide a guarantee of admittance to the 2021 AGM where to do so would be in breach of any official guidelines governing public gatherings at the time and/or the need to protect the health and safety of those already in the meeting. The Group will continue to monitor government guidance in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, and if any changes to the arrangements set out in this document are required, this will be communicated via a regulatory information service and the Company's website.
