Notice of AGM and Posting of Annual Report

 

Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed
security services group, confirms that its 2023 Annual Report & Accounts
have been published and posted to shareholders together with a notice
convening the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM"), to be
held at the offices of Mayer Brown International LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, London
EC2M 3AF on Friday 29 September 2023 at 11:00am.

Copies of the notice convening the annual general meeting, which was sent to
shareholders on Wednesday 6 September 2023 together with the Company's 2023
Annual Report and Accounts, are available at the Company's website at
