Notice of Results and Board Appointment

Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed
security services group, announces that it expects to publish its half year
results for the six months ended 30 September 2023 on Wednesday 22 November
2023.

Board Appointment

Further to the announcement on 10 October of Adam Hurst's appointment as
Interim Chief Financial Officer, the Group is pleased to report that he has
today been appointed to the Board. Relevant AIM disclosures are set out below.

Online investor presentation

Shearwater Group's Chief Executive Officer, Phil Higgins, will be joined by
Adam Hurst and they will provide an investor presentation relating to the
results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Friday 24 November at
12:30pm.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
