Notice of Results and Presentation to Investors
Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the group that provides cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services, announces that its audited final results for the year ended 31 March 2021 (FY21) will be released on 28 July 2021.
Online investor presentation
Shearwater Group's CEO, Phil Higgins, and CFO, Paul McFadden, will provide a live investor presentation, relating to the results, via the Investor Meet Company platform on 4 August 2021 at 12:30pm. The presentation is in line with the Company's commitment to ensuring that there are appropriate communication structures for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly understood.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
