Notice of Results and Presentation to Investors

Shearwater Group plc (AIM:SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed
security services group, announces that it will publish its half year results
for the six months ended 30 September 2022 on Tuesday 29 November 2022.

Online investor presentation

Shearwater Group's CEO, Phil Higgins, and CFO, Paul McFadden, will provide an
investor presentation relating to the results via the Investor Meet Company
platform on 2 December 2022 at 12:30pm.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
