Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

 
Shearwater Group plc, the cybersecurity, advisory, and managed security
services group, announces that it intends to release its results for the
15-month period ended 30 June 2025 ("FY25") on Tuesday 11 November 2025.*

Phil Higgins, CEO, and Jonathan Hall, CFO, will host an investor presentation
relating to the results on Wednesday 12 November at 1.30pm, via the Investor
Meet Company platform.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9.00am on 11 November 2025, or at any time during the live presentation.

*As announced on 30 January 2025, the Group revised its year end from 31 March
to 30 June to better align the Group's financial year with its customer
procurement cycle. As a result, the accounting period was extended to be 15
months ending 30 June 2025.
