Results of AGM

 

Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed
security services group, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the
Group held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed
by means of a poll.

 

Full details of the resolutions passed are set out in the Notice of Meeting
