Dec 31 (Reuters) - Sheen Tai Holdings Group Co Ltd  1335.HK : 
 * Termination of major transaction in relation to acquisition of the entire equity interest in mu lei company and kelamayi company  
 * Xinjiang New Energy agreed to return in full the Mu Lei consideration and Kelamayi consideration of RMB107.4 million 
 * Sheentai New Energy, Xinjiang New Energy, Kelamayi Co, Mu Lei Co and Xuzhou Sheentai New Energy Power Co entered into agreement 
 * Agreement in relation to the major transaction and the epc contract 
 * Termination of transfer agreements will not have any material adverse effect on operation and financial position
