March 17 (Reuters) - Sheen Tai Holdings Group Co Ltd  1335.HK : 
 * Says company and the vendor entered into the sale and purchase agreement 
 * Sheen tai holdings group co -deal for consideration is hk$236.2 million which 
   shall be settled by way of issue of convertible bond to the vendor in 
   tranches 
 * Vendor has conditionally agreed to sell the sale shares, representing 100% of 
   issued share capital of the target company
