Shefa Yamim (LON: SEFA), a company focused on advanced exploration and development of multi-gemstone projects in Northern Israel, announces that Michael Rosenberg OBE, a director of the Company, transferred 150,000 shares in Shefa Yamim to his pension fund, of which he is the sole beneficiary, and such shares will be registered in the name of WB Nominees Limited. The shares were transferred at a price of 5.52p. Mr. Rosenberg's beneficial holding of 452,280 shares in the Company remains unchanged.
