Extension of USD 7,480 million credit facility


Royal Dutch Shell plc and Shell International Finance BV are pleased to
announce they have extended their USD 7,480 mln revolving credit facility with
a group of relationship banks with one year.  This 5 +1 +1 year facility was
completed on the 4th of December 2013.
