Shell's recommended cash and share offer for BG Group plc: publication of
supplementary prospectus correction

The Hague, 20 January 2016 - The release regarding publication of a
supplementary prospectus at 8:46am today (CET) has been published in error. 
Please disregard the release.  A supplementary prospectus has been submitted to
the UKLA for approval and a further announcement will follow in due course.
