 * Company entered into the MOU with the co-promoters. 
 * The promoters intend to form the JV securities company in Fujian 
 * Under the MOU, the company will own 24% shareholding in the JV securities   company 
 * Capital contribution to be paid by the company in cash will be RMB240 million in total 
 * Company intends to fund the investment by combination of either internal resources of the group or fund raising activities
