** Stock hits lowest since July 10; set to snap seven consecutive sessions of gains

** China collaborative robots developer and maker plans sale of 19.1 mln new shares, or 4.5% of the enlarged share capital, to third party investors to raise ~HK$1 bln ($127.4 mln) for research and product innovation, acquisition, expanding sales network

** New shares will be issued at HK$54.3, or 9.5% discount to Monday's close

** YTD, stock surges 142.6%
