Navient Investment Update

 

 

The board of directors of Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited notes the
press release issued on 18 April 2022 by Navient Corporation ("Navient") and
Sherborne Investors Management LP ("Sherborne Investors") announcing the
nomination of Mr. Edward Bramson, a Partner in Sherborne Investors, for
election to the board of Navient at the company's annual meeting to be held on
2 June 2022.

 

Sherborne Investors is the largest shareholder in Navient with a 19.7%
shareholding.
