Total Voting Rights

 

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) C Limited (the "Company") announces that,
during the month of November 2025, the Company purchased 6,923,878 of its
ordinary shares of no par value ("Shares") at an average price, before fees
and commissions, of 39.4p per share.  All purchased Shares will be cancelled.

 

On 30 November 2025 the total number of Shares with voting rights in issue in
the Company was 690,076,122. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
