Block Listing Application

 

London, UK, 18 December 2025: Shield Therapeutics plc (LSE: STX), a
commercial-stage pharmaceutical company specialising in iron deficiency, has
today made an application to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of
15,000,000 ordinary shares of 1.5 pence each in the Company ("Block Listing
Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange ("Admission")
and to be allocated to the schemes listed below.

 

The 15,000,000 Block Listing Shares are to be issued under the following
schemes:

 

·    Shield Therapeutics Retention and Performance Share Plan

 

Admission is expected to occur on 23 December 2025.
