ShiftPixy extends gains on special shares distribution plan

** Shares of staffing software maker ShiftPixy  PIXY.O  up
29.4% at $0.66 premarket
    ** PIXY closed up ~155% on Friday after gaining as much as
~230% in intraday trading
    ** Co had announced special distribution of shares of blank
check firm Industrial Human Capital Inc  AXH.N  to all PIXY
shareholders on Friday before the markets opened 
    ** All PIXY shareholders, as of May 17, will receive their
pro rata share of AXH common stock equal in proportion to their
percentage holdings of PIXY
    ** PIXY says it acquired AXH shares as part of its financial
sponsorship and believes that the special shares distribution
plan will enable co to avoid registration under Investment
Company Act of 1940
