1.73% to over four-month highs at $464.92
    ** Brokerage UBS raises PT on the stock to $527 from $458,
citing optimism across various construction metrics 
    ** "Construction employment remains at historically high
levels, and a growing number of megaprojects underscores longer
term visibility for URI's key markets" - brokerage
    ** Says survey it conducted shows continued strength in the
rental sector
    ** Thirteen of 22 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher,
six "hold" and three "sell" or lower; their median PT is $450 -
