ZURICH, March 22 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Thursday:

expects a resolution of its long-standing takeover battle for
Switzerland's Sika by the end of the year, its chief executive

of the Board of Directors since 2010, will not stand for
re-election upon expiry of his current term of office at the
