U.S. stock indexes were set to open lower on Wednesday as yet another round of
talks between the White House and Republican representatives over raising the
debt ceiling failed to make a breakthrough, keeping investors on edge.  .N 
    
    At 09:02 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.37% at 33,009. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.48% at 4,138.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.61% at 13,645.
