** Shares slip after SHOP's Q2 forecast came in broadly in line with market expectations

** However, SHOP topped analyst est. for quarterly revenue, supported by strong demand for its e-commerce services in Q1

** Co posts Q1 revenue of $3.17 bln, beating analysts’ est. of $3.08 bln - LSEG data

** Recent results from payment firms including Mastercard MA.N and Visa V.N showed consumer spending largely held up in the first quarter

** As of last close, SHOP stock down 20.7% YTD
