    ** The real-estate firm says it aims to triple its revenue
and quadruple its profits over the next 3 years
    ** SRIP to increase focus on mid-market and mid-market
premium residential real-estate categories
    ** Stock sees busiest day since early Dec. 2023
    ** Recent rally helps stock erase YTD loss, stock largely
flat this year
