106.64 rupees
    ** Co to sell wholly-owned subsidiary SPL Shelters for
enterprise value of 930 mln rupees ($10.9 mln)
    ** SPL Shelters holds 3.9 acre land parcel in Chennai
    ** Stock set to gain for third straight session
    ** SRIP down ~13% in 2024 vs 63% gain in 2023
