Issue of Shares

Further to the Company's announcement on 23 January 2026, Shuka Minerals Plc
(AIM/AltX: SKA), an African focused mine operator and developer, notifies that
due to a delay in the trading application, which has been made, admission to
trading on AIM of the 6,562,500 new ordinary shares is now expected to become
effective at 8.00 a.m. on or around 4 February 2026 ("Admission").

Upon Admission, the Company's total voting rights shall be as set out in the
23 January 2026 announcement.

 

Shuka Minerals plc has its primary listing on the London Stock Exchange (AIM)
and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE Limited.
