May 2 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and
stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on
the region's markets or individual stocks.
    
    
    Worldline  WLN.PA :
    French payment company Worldline on Thursday
reportedbetter-than-expected organic growth in first-quarter
revenue, driven by its merchant services division.
    
    
    Danone  DANO.PA :
    The French food group said it bought U.S. company Functional
Formularies for an undisclosed amount.
    
       
    
    Casino  CASP.PA :
    Casino Group announced the disposal of 121 stores to ITM,
Auchan and Carrefour. It added that the disposals of the
remaining 166 stores will occur in two steps, on May 31st 2024
and July 1st 2024, respectively. The transaction is based on an
enterprise value of stores sold of 698 million euros.
    
    Imerys  IMTP.PA :
    Imerys reported first-quarter adjusted EBITDA up 9%
year-on-year at 188 million euros.
    
    Shurgard Self Storage  SHUR.BR :
    Shurgard Self Storage signed a new purchase agreement in
Bonn, Germany. The total project cost amounts to 16.6 million
euros and the self storage facility is set to open at the end of
2026.
    
    Teleperformance  TEPRF.PA :
    Teleperformance published a first-quarter revenue up
year-on-year at 2.54 billion euros and confirmed its 2024
outlook.
    
    TF1  TFFP.PA   BOUY.PA :
    TF1 reported a first-quarter net profit attributable to the
group up year-on-year at 29.7 million euros.
    
    NRJ Group  SONO.PA :
    NRJ Group published a first-quarter revenue up year-on-year
at 93.3 million euros and confirmed its 2024 outlook.
