Shutterstock to merge with Getty Images in deal valued at $3.7 billion

Jan 7 (Reuters) - Getty Images  GETY.N  said on Tuesday
it has reached an agreement with rival Shutterstock  SSTK.N  to
merge both the companies.
    The deal values the combined company at $3.7 billion.
