** Co late on Tuesday priced its offering of nearly 1.2 mln

** Boustead Securities Llc and Valuable Capital Ltd were
underwriters for the IPO
** SHPH is developing radiation sensitizers, which are
agents that make it easier for radiation therapy to kill cancer
cells
