    The tech-heavy Nasdaq was set to lead Wall Street higher on Thursday,
supported by a surge in Meta after its strong third-quarter revenue forecast
lifted megacap growth and technology stocks, and hopes that the Federal
Reserve's July rate hike was the last this year.  .N 
    
    At 9:05 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.19% at 35,753. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.73% at 4,629, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 1.38% at
15,826.
