SiTime, Emergent BioSolutions jump on addition to S&P indexes

** Shares of semiconductor co SiTime  SITM.O  rise ~9% to
$274.01 in extended trading while contract drugmaker Emergent
BioSolutions Inc  EBS.N  up ~8% at $43
    ** SITM to replace EBS in the S&P MidCap 400 index  .IDX 
effective Nov. 30; EBS to be included in the S&P SmallCap 600
index  .SPCY   urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nPnbt3Sz2a
    ** EBS will replace Domtar Corp  UFS.N , which is being
acquired by Paper Excellence B.V.
    ** Up to Monday's close, SITM shares have more than doubled
this year, while EBS down ~56%
    ** YTD,  .IDX  is up ~24% while  .SPCY  has risen ~27%
