Lonza seen up after it names new CEO

** Shares in Lonza LONN.S are seen up 2% in pre-market
indications after the Swiss contract drug manufacturer named
Wolfgang Wienand, CEO of Siegfried Holding SFZN.S , as its new
chief executive starting from summer 2024
** Wolfgang Wienand will replace Chairman Albert Baehny, who
has served as interim CEO at Lonza since October 2023
** Vontobel says Wienand's strategy of organic and
acquisition-driven growth at Siegfried has been successful
** "With the nomination of Wolfgang Wienand, a good
successor as CEO of Lonza has been found" - Vontobel
