ZURICH, Feb 12 (Reuters) - Siemens SIEGn.DE Chief Executive Roland Busch said demand for products related to data centres had exceeded expectations, with sales in the area rising by more than a third in the first quarter of the company's 2026 business year.
"Our team increased revenue in Q1 by around 35%," Busch told reporters after Siemens reported its first-quarter results. "We’re confident we’ll be able to maintain this pace throughout fiscal 2026."
