    Siemens to appoint Mark Schneider as chairman of supervisory board after 2027 AGM

    May 12 (Reuters) - Siemens SIEGn.DE on Tuesday said it planned to appoint former Nestle NESN.S CEO Mark Schneider as chairman of its supervisory board immediately following its annual shareholders’ meeting 2027.

Schneider, who led Nestle from 2017 to 2024, joined Siemens' supervisory board last year as the designated successor to Jim Hagemann Snabe, who has been the board's chairman since 2018.
