Siemens will give update on Healthineers in second quarter

ZURICH, Feb 12 (Reuters) - Siemens SIEGn.DE will give an update on its plans to further reduce its stake in Siemens Healthineers in the next few months, Siemens CEO Roland Busch said on Thursday.

"We're working diligently on the steps necessary to execute the company's planned deconsolidation," Busch told reporters after Siemens reported its Q1 earnings. "We're making good progress. We’ll provide you – as planned – with more details in the spring."
