Ananym Capital has asked Siemens Energy to launch review of wind unit
FRANKFURT, Dec 9 (Reuters) - U.S. investor Ananym Capital said on Tuesday it has approached the management of Siemens Energy ENR1n.DE to review its struggling wind division.
"We've asked them to conduct a strategic review of the wind business including potentially a spin off," Charlie Penner, Ananym Capital's co-founder and head of engagement, told Reuters in an emailed statement.
