Australia's Sierra Rutile hits 2-week low after Sierra Leone mine incident

** Shares of Sierra Rutile Holdings  SRX.AX  fall as much as
3.9% to A$0.125, their lowest level since June 4 
    ** The natural rutile producer reports an incident at Area 1
operations of unit, Sierra Rutile Ltd resulting in fatality of a
worker at the site
    ** Co launches an investigation to understand the
circumstances surrounding the incident 
    ** Co conducts mining and mineral processing operations at
Area 1 mine located in southern part of Sierra Leone
    ** Says operations at the relevant part of Area 1 have been
suspended
    ** Stock up 35.4% this year, as of last close
